Shipping and Returns SHIPPING We ship throughout the USA and also to Canada. Standard orders (in the continental US) are usually shipped via UPS Ground. Hawaii and Alaska shipments as well as Canada shipments are usually shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Other countries: please email us at info@beannewyork.com to find out whether we can ship to your area. Shipping costs: Standard Orders (Continental US): 8.99 per order for purchases up to $99.99 FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.00 Hawaii and Alaska: 12.95 flat rate Canada (must use a US-issued credit card for payment): 29.95 flat rate Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional cost. Shipping time: Most US orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase and will arrive within 3-6 days, depending on the destination. Canadian shipments may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Gift Cards: Gift cards are shipped free of charge and separately from regular merchandise via First Class U.S. Postal Service. Gift cards usually ship within 2 business days. Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery. Gift cards may be shipped to U.S. addresses only. When calculating your order's shipping charge, the value of the gift card does not count towards your total purchase amount and will not affect the shipping charges assigned to non-gift card purchases. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Returns: All returns must be made by mail. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. All sale purchases are final. To mail your returns: 1. Repack your purchase in its original box. 2. Circle the item(s) to be returned on your packing slip (or a photocopy) and include it in the box. 3. Consider insuring your package - beannewyork.com cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive at our warehouse. 4.
