SHIPPING
We ship via UPS. Most items will ship within 2 business days. Expedited shipping is available. You will receive an email with shipping details and tracking numbers upon shipment.

Orders $125+ - Free Shipping offer:

• Free ground shipping will apply when you order at least $125 worth of merchandise (tax, gift wrap, and shipping charges excluded).
• This is a limited time offer and we may change it at any time without notice.
• Sorry, no free ground shipping to Alaska or Hawaii

Most other orders:

• $7 flat rate Ground shipping applies to all orders under $125, no matter now many items you purchase.

Outside the United States
We are happy to send to other parts of the world. Please email us at customercare@beannewyork.com, telling us your address and what you wish to order. We will calculate postage and let you know the amount. Should you confirm, we will send instructions on how to order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
BeanNewYork.com will be happy to refund your card if you return unused items within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping except in the case of shipment error or damaged items.

Items that were on sale at time of purchase will receive a store credit upon return.

Gift returns will receive a store credit.
